Mission Statement

I have been practicing law for nearly 20 years.  My areas of practice involve serious personal injuries, insurance defense and Social Security Disability.

As a civil trial lawyer, I handle cases involving serious personal injuries caused by the negligence of others.  Such cases include serious injuries caused by:

• Automobile accidents
• Motorcycle accidents
• Pedestrian and bicycle accidents
• Slip and fall accidents
• Trip and fall accidents
• Premises liability
• Negligent security
• Contract actions
• Medical negligence
• Wrongful death.

I defend people who have been sued for causing an accident with injuries ( insurance defense).  I handle 1st and 3rd party claims on behalf of the insurance company.
I also handle claims involving people who can no longer work due to their disability.

I provide legal services to help claimants navigate through the Social Security Disability program.  Before becoming an attorney, I worked in the Social Security program as a claims adjudicator.
